MANUAL LIQUID HANDLING | SINGLE-CHANNEL | FIXED VOLUME
A dedicated-volume manual pipette family for repeated transfers at a defined nominal volume. Twelve fixed-volume options let laboratories assign an instrument to a routine aliquoting step, while the fully autoclavable construction supports workflows requiring whole-instrument steam decontamination.
| Design feature | Function and practical benefit |
|---|---|
| Plunger and finger support | The manual thumb control and shaped finger rest support a stable grip during repeated aspiration and dispensing. |
| Fixed-volume identification | The instrument is dedicated to its marked nominal volume. Changing the required transfer volume means selecting another fixed-volume model. |
| Tip cone and ejector | The nozzle accepts the correctly matched disposable tip; the ejector releases a used tip without needing to pull it off by hand. |
| Removable components | Serviceable components allow inspection and maintenance following the supplied instructions. Recheck performance after servicing. |
| Autoclaving scope | Complete instrument, using the supplied approved autoclaving instructions. |
| Specification | Configuration |
|---|---|
| Product family | Fully Autoclavable Single-Channel Fixed-Volume Pipette |
| Operation | Manual, fixed volume |
| Channel count | 1 |
| Volume options | 5–5,000 µL; see the individual options below |
| Autoclaving scope | Complete instrument, using the supplied approved autoclaving instructions. |
| Tip selection | Match the pipette range and cone geometry; verify sealing with the selected tip. |
| Power requirement | Manual operation; no battery or charger required. |
| Supply format | Individual range models; request the packing configuration with your quotation. |
Options are listed from small to large. Each row represents an individual instrument model; all volume values are in microliters (µL).
| Nominal volume | Format | Selection note |

Repeated reagent aliquoting, standardized assay preparation, routine sample addition, teaching laboratories and dedicated QC transfer steps.
Choose a fixed-volume instrument when the same transfer volume is repeated and routine volume adjustment is not required.
For a laboratory set, combine instruments around the volumes you actually use. A low-volume transfer, a routine reagent addition and a milliliter-scale buffer step may call for different ranges and different tips.
No. Each fixed-volume model is dedicated to its listed nominal volume. Choose a different fixed model or an adjustable pipette if your method requires other volumes.
This is the fully autoclavable family. Use the preparation, cycle, drying and maintenance instructions supplied with the exact model; do not substitute a generic cycle.
Not necessarily. Capacity, cone geometry and sealing must match. Ask for a tip recommendation and evaluate the chosen pipette-tip combination before a larger order.
Request the calibration or performance document for the exact supplied model and volume range. Results and acceptance criteria should correspond to that configuration, its test volumes and the tips used.
Send your required ranges, quantities, intended market and branding or packaging requirements. Puretest can review the proposed configuration and discuss samples and quotation details before you commit to an order.
Tell us the nominal volume, tip format, quantity and cleaning requirements. For OEM projects, include your logo, packaging brief and destination market so we can prepare a relevant proposal.
