The Puretest T25 cell culture flask provides a 25 cm2 TC-treated growth surface in a compact, optically clear polystyrene vessel. It is designed for small-volume cell seeding, routine maintenance, clonal expansion and early-stage process development. The canted neck gives convenient pipette and cell-scraper access, while the orange 0.2 µm hydrophobic vent cap supports passive gas exchange during incubation.

No. The 0.2 µm hydrophobic membrane is designed to permit passive gas exchange with the cap closed. Follow your laboratory SOP for incubator use and aseptic handling.
