A compact dish for small-volume adherent-cell work. The 35 mm standard dish provides an 8.5 cm² reference growth area in a straightforward dish-and-lid format. It suits pilot cultures and parallel condition comparisons where a small individual culture vessel is preferable to a larger dish. The standard rim has no external gripping ring.
The flat culture base gives access for medium exchange and cell harvesting. Transparent PS allows routine inspection; for demanding microscopy, specify the required optical surface rather than assuming a standard PS dish is equivalent to glass-bottom ware.
The standard rim provides a simple dish-and-lid configuration without an external gripping ring. If a gripping ring is specified in your protocol or purchasing description, use the separate ring-version listing. The lift-off lid allows access across the dish. Keep the vessel upright; it is not a sealed specimen-transport container.
Cell attachment and growth remain cell-line and protocol dependent. Where a specialist coating is required, follow the cell supplier’s instructions and qualify the selected surface.
