100 mL Sterile Plastic Serological Pipette

Sterile 100 mL polystyrene serological pipette with 1 mL graduations, black color coding and individual paper/plastic or plastic-film wrapping. E-beam irradiated to SAL 10−6; RNase/DNase free, human-DNA free, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic.

PRODUCT DETAILS

100 mL Sterile Serological Pipette for Controlled Liquid Transfer

Puretest 100 mL serological pipettes are manufactured from clear, 100% virgin GPPS and use high-contrast, bidirectional graduations for measured aspiration and dispensing. The black color code supports rapid capacity identification, while individual wrapping supports aseptic laboratory handling.

Product Highlights

  • Capacity-specific design: 100 mL nominal capacity with 1 mL graduation intervals.
  • Clear visual control: high-contrast forward and reverse graduations.
  • Material: clear virgin GPPS, USP Class VI.
  • Contamination control: RNase/DNase free, human-DNA free, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic.
  • Sterile supply: E-beam irradiated to SAL 10−6, individually wrapped.
  • Traceable identification: Black color coding for 100 mL capacity recognition.

Structure & Functional Design

The transparent barrel supports meniscus inspection, while the tapered tip promotes controlled delivery into common laboratory vessels. Reverse graduations help operators estimate the liquid remaining during serial dispensing. The controller end is designed for use with compatible manual or electronic pipette controllers; fit should be confirmed for the intended controller model and workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the graduation interval of the 100 mL pipette?

The graduation interval is 1 mL.

What is the overall length of the 100 mL pipette?

The specified overall length is 345 ± 2 mm.

Is each pipette individually wrapped?

Yes. Paper/plastic and plastic-film individual packaging configurations are available. Final pack quantities are confirmed on the current quotation.

How is the product sterilized?

The pipettes are E-beam irradiated to a sterility assurance level of 10−6.

What cleanliness claims are available?

The product specification states RNase/DNase free, human-DNA free, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic. Request current lot documentation when required.

Can it be used with a pipette controller?

The controller-end outside diameter is 8.0 ± 0.2 mm. Confirm controller fit and operating instructions before routine use, especially in automated or tightly controlled workflows.

Are reverse graduations provided?

Yes. Reverse graduations help estimate the volume remaining during dispensing.

Can I request samples, OEM packaging or technical documents?

Yes. Send the intended application, annual volume and packaging preference with your RFQ. Availability, lead time and documentation are confirmed on the current quotation.
